We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The size does not fit properly
- The product significantly differs from the description

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Have all original tags intact
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
β 3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
- Face masks and hygiene-related products
- Items marked as βNon-Returnableβ or βFinal Saleβ
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Gift cards

We offer easy exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested size/product is unavailable β full refund will be issued
- Exchange requests can be initiated via your account or email
π 5. How to Initiate a Return
Option 1 (Recommended):
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the product
- Click on Return / Exchange
- Upload product images (if defective/wrong item)
Option 2:
Email us at returns@travexia.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product images (if applicable)
π 6. Reverse Pickup
- We provide doorstep pickup for returns
- Pickup will be arranged within 2β4 business days after approval
Charges:
- Defective / wrong item β FREE return
- Size / preference return β βΉ[XX] (if applicable)
π° 7. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Refund Timelines:
- UPI / Card / Net Banking β 5β7 business days
- Wallet refunds β 3β5 business days
- COD orders β Bank transfer (5β7 days)
- Store credit β within 24 hours (optional fast refund)
You will receive updates via email/SMS.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
We will prioritize replacement or refund.
β 9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped β return process will apply
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 5β7 days
